House Rules: • No Smoking within 25 feet of all doors and windows. • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. • No Outside Visitors: We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. • Surveillance Cameras: Exterior surveillance cameras are in place for your safety and security. Additional Note: • There is daytime construction (8 AM–5 PM) at a neighboring property through late September. So far, guests haven’t reported any noise issues, and it hasn’t affected anyone’s stay. The project manager expects the work to be finished by September 25, 2025. By booking, you acknowledge there may be occasional background noise during the day. Thank you for your understanding, and please know we’ll do our best to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Pet Policy & Allergy Notice We welcome both dogs and cats at our property. Professional cleaners service the home between each guest’s stay; however, we cannot guarantee that all pet scents or pet hair particles will be completely eliminated. Guests with severe pet allergies should be aware that exposure is possible. To keep our home and neighborhood peaceful, we have a strict no-party policy. Unauthorized gatherings or events will unfortunately result in: • Police being contacted if necessary • Guests being asked to leave with no refund • A fine in line with Airbnb’s rules and our house policy Our wonderful neighbors also help us keep an eye on the property and will alert us (and the authorities if needed) if they notice a disturbance. We kindly ask all guests to respect our home and community by keeping noise down and enjoying the space responsibly.
