Pros: absolutely EVERYTHING as pictured on listing. One of the most fully stocked kitchens we have experienced since 2021. PEACEFUL neighborhood; wish we would’ve had more time to taste the ice cream parlor down the street. Had everything our family with our 4 adults kids, a 10 yo granddaughter & a 1 yo grandson + hubby & I could want. Cons: the only con that potential renters should be aware of before booking are strict Airbnb corporate guest restrictions to include anyone who is just VISITING you during your stay in the occupancy number. We were in town for a funeral & we could not have any family over since host explained that Airbnb rules limit “occupancy” to include anyone visiting the home, not just staying in home. Since we already were a family of 7, no extended family, even if related by blood, were allowed over beyond 3 family members due to exterior cameras around home & host cautioning us in advance of our arrival; max 10 guest occupancy.

Christine's property is very spacious, comfortable and well kept. Our family, which came into town from Kansas and Indiana, enjoyed our stay. Christine responded quickly to a question we had- great communication. Thanks and I would recommend booking!

Christine’s home was perfect for our stay with two families of all adults. It is a convenient location to many St. Louis neighborhoods and there are two great restaurants a short walk away…BoWood and Evangeline’s. The house was a wonderfully updated historic home with comfy beds and lots of air conditioning! (Which was great because we had a very hot weekend!) This home seems like a great value for our group of 8.

Lovely house with plenty of space for a large group. It was beautifully remodeled, on a quiet street, with easy parking. Perfect for a group of kids and parents on a long weekend in St. Louis.

My family and I travelled to St. Louis for a wedding, and Christine’s place was the PERFECT place for us! This place is definitely spacious enough for 9 people and we loved that it’s pet friendly! Christine was super friendly, and answered any questions I had before I even had them! I appreciated all the information provided! If we were ever in St. Louis again we would definitely want to stay here!

We had a great stay at Christine’s place! There was plenty of space for six adults, a baby, and a Portuguese Water Dog. We were in town for a funeral and Christine was accommodating with our check in time so that we could make the visitation on time. This was very much appreciated after a long drive from Wisconsin! We enjoyed the location as well - just a couple short blocks from lots of international restaurants and boutiques. We will surely check if Christine’s place is available the next time we’re in St. Louis!

Circumstances lead me to needing to get an Airbnb. Christine was amazing with her communication and accommodations When my dog unexpectedly past away, she was warmly considerate and allowed me to bring my surviving dog to grieve there. Great neighborhood, walking distance to great food (Lona lil eats) and so convenient to highway. I can’t recommend Christine higher! .

Great location, within 15 mins of everything we wanted to do. The place was clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I recommend earplugs as you can hear the long term renters upstairs as well as their dog. Overall it was a great stay.

Great spot! I came down for a boys trip with a few buddies for Labor Day weekend. Nice quiet neighborhood. We had a flat tire and one of the neighbors helped us out. Highly recommend.
